My stay at Residences at Biltmore was quite a mixed bag. The condo was spacious and pet-friendly, which was a big plus for me and my mini schnauzer. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired, with filthy carpets and a generally dated feel. The atmosphere was disrupted by noise from nearby guests, which dampened the experience. Overall, it was a comfortable place with potential but definitely needs some TLC and updates.

The Residences at Biltmore offers spacious condos that are reasonably priced, perfect for families or larger groups. However, the lack of daily housekeeping service and some cleanliness issues in the common areas were disappointing. The fitness facility left much to be desired, and the communication regarding our stay could have been better.

The location is very convenient, especially if you're planning to visit the Biltmore Estate, as it's just a short drive away. However, it's a bit of a trek to downtown, which may be challenging for some.

The pool area was impressive and well-stocked with towels, but the fitness facility was dirty and had a strong smell of smoke.

I recently stayed at the Residences at Biltmore and found it to be a mixed bag. On the plus side, the rooms are spacious and the overall area is pleasant. However, the poor sound insulation was a significant drawback, making it difficult to relax. Additionally, the presence of ongoing construction was a bit of an inconvenience. Overall, if noise doesn’t bother you, it could be a decent choice.

Rooms

The room was very spacious with a nice gas fireplace, but the noise from adjacent rooms detracted from the experience.

The resort had a beautiful building and was situated in a lovely area, perfect for groups. However, the noise levels were an issue, and we didn’t get as much rest as we’d hoped. The spacious rooms and easy check-in process were definite highlights, but the discomfort from thin walls and an uncomfortable bed dampened our experience a bit.

Rooms
The studio we stayed in was clean and updated, with enough space for our needs, but the bed was small and uncomfortable. Rating: 6

We enjoyed our stay in a spacious condo that had a great kitchen, which helped us save some money on meals. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area and visit nearby attractions. However, the cleanliness of some facilities was concerning, and there were issues with service that detracted from our experience. Overall, the place is decent value for families but not quite luxurious as advertised.
